About SOF Expo
Is SOF Expo a venue or an organiser?
Both. SOF Expo is an exhibition centre in Samarkand that rents out pavilions, halls and services to external organisers. It also runs its own exhibitions: Foodera Expo, Build Pro Expo, AgroPro Expo, World Edu, ECOM & RETAIL and Promotors Show Samarqand.
Where is SOF Expo located?
The exhibition centre is in the Jambay District of the Samarkand Region, 16 km from Samarkand airport and 23 km from the railway station. There is parking at the entrance.
What exhibitions take place at SOF Expo?
Our own exhibitions in food, construction, agriculture, education, e-commerce and automotive, plus fairs, forums and festivals by external organisers. Since 2022 the centre has hosted more than 20 exhibitions.
Where can I find prices?
Prices are not listed on the website. Send a request or call us — a manager will calculate the cost based on the space, dates and services.
For exhibitors
How do I book a stand at an exhibition?
Choose the exhibition in the stand booking form and leave your company details and contacts. A manager will contact you to agree on the location and terms.
What is the smallest stand size?
The smallest stand is 9 m². Stands of 18, 27 and 36 m² and over 50 m² are also available.
Can I order stand construction and furniture from SOF Expo?
Yes. Standard and custom stands, furniture, equipment and screen rental are available — exhibitors arrive at a ready stand. You can also take space only and build the stand yourself.
Is electricity and internet connected to the stand?
Yes. The centre has 700 kW of power, stands get 220 and 380 V connections, and free Wi-Fi covers the whole site. State the power you need in your request.
Can I become a sponsor or place advertising?
Yes. Exhibition and event sponsorship, advertising spots on pavilion walls and the building façade are available — your brand is seen by every visitor.
For organisers
What events can be held at SOF Expo?
Exhibitions, fairs, forums, conferences, festivals and corporate events.
What spaces and halls are available?
A 4,400 m² indoor pavilion, a 5,000 m² outdoor area, a conference hall, VIP halls, B2B rooms, a speakers room and two cafés with up to 350 seats.
Can an event be held at any time of year?
Yes. The indoor pavilion has cooling, heating and ventilation systems, so exhibitions run all year round.
Do you help with visitor registration?
Yes. Visitors register online; at the entrance they are checked against the list by name or phone number.
Where do I start organising an event?
Send a request with the event type, preferred dates and the space you need. A manager will offer available dates, spaces and services.
For visitors
Is there an entrance fee?
Most exhibitions are free for visitors who register in advance. Some, such as Promotors Show Samarqand, require a paid ticket — entry terms are shown on each exhibition page.
How do I get an e-ticket?
Register on the tickets page and your details go on the guest list. At the entrance, give your name or phone number — no queues.
What are the opening hours?
Dates and opening hours are shown on each exhibition page.
Are there rooms for meetings with exhibitors?
Yes. B2B rooms and VIP halls are available for negotiations. Demand is high on exhibition days, so request a room in advance.
Can you help me find a hotel?
Yes. We have partner hotels: send your dates, number of guests and budget, and a manager will send you options.
